Unity Fest is a lesbian-centred festival, unapologetically created to celebrate and serve the lesbian community. We are also inclusive of bisexual and transgender women.
We welcome everyone who supports lesbian, bisexual and transgender women, provided they treat all guests, crew members and volunteers with respect. Unity Fest is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone attending.
We have a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination, bullying, harassment or abusive behaviour of any kind. Anyone who behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner may be refused entry or removed from the festival without refund.
Liability
Attendance at Unity Fest is entirely at your own risk. Unity Fest Limited accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss, theft or damage to personal property occurring at the festival, while travelling to or from the event, or in connection with the event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Entry, Security & Searches
To ensure that only valid ticket holders gain access to the festival, all attendees must present a valid ticket on entry.
Unity Fest organisers, crew and security reserve the right to search attendees, their belongings and vehicles for illegal drugs, weapons, unauthorised persons or prohibited items when entering the festival and at any time during the event.
Searches will only be carried out with your consent. If you refuse to be searched, Unity Fest reserves the right to refuse entry or remove you and anyone in your party from the festival. In these circumstances, no refund will be issued.
Drug Policy
Unity Fest operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards illegal drugs.
Anyone found possessing, using or supplying illegal drugs or controlled substances will be removed from the festival immediately and the matter may be reported to the police.
Refunds & Cancellations
All Unity Fest weekend wristbands are non-refundable.
If you are no longer able to attend, you are responsible for reselling your wristband. Any resale must be made to someone who meets the festival’s intended audience. You must also notify Unity Fest of the transfer by emailing the new wristband holder’s details to info@unityfest.co.uk.
If Unity Fest is unable to take place due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control (including, but not limited to, pandemics, national mourning, extreme weather or other force majeure events), or if Unity Fest Limited has to cancel the event, all wristbands will automatically be transferred to the following year’s festival (currently 2028).
If you do not wish to transfer your wristband, you must email info@unityfest.co.uk within 30 days of the cancellation announcement to request a refund.
Approved refunds will be subject to a £10 administration fee. Booking fees, payment processing fees and card charges are non-refundable.
