Limited electric hook up (EHU) is available on site on a first come, first serve basis and must be bought at the time of placing you online ticket order. Unfortunately, electric hook-up is not available for Bell Tent bookings.
Camping and parking is included in your weekend wristband.

Elsan points for any chemical waste are also provided.

To avoid traffic, disruption, and to ensure the safety of everyone we encourage you to stay on site all weekend. If you plan to park up and don't intend on moving your vehicle until you leave on Monday morning, then you are very welcome to take you car/vehicle into the main camping area with you.
If you do wish to take your vehicle off site during the weekend, or are not camping with us, then we will require you to park in the car park.

BELL TENT GLAMPING WITH THE GLAMPING GROUP
Not got a tent? Don’t fancy pitching your own? Or perhaps you just fancy staying in a boutique bell tent during the Unity Fest weekend?
There are a huge variety of bell tents and packages available for up to 2, 3 or 4 people with various prices depending on if you simply want a empty bell tent, the Basic Package or Luxury Package. Unfortunately, electric hook-up is not available for Bell Tent bookings.

Please note that if you book to stay in a bell tent you must book this through The Glamping Group directly and that each person will still be required to purchase a Unity Fest weekend wristband.
CAR PARKING
If you are wanting to take your vehicle off site during the weekend or if you are not camping with us, then please park your vehicle in this area. You can then come and go freely without disturbing the festival hub area.
CAMPING & SHOWGROUND RULES
Unity Fest aims to be as relaxed as possible to ensure you all have a great weekend. However, for everyone's safety there are a few site rules we would like you to be made aware of:
NO CHILDREN
After careful consideration, we've made the decision that Unity Fest will be an 18+ event.
Our focus is on creating the very best experience possible for our adult attendees. By making Unity Fest an adults-only event, we can dedicate all of our time, energy and resources to delivering an unforgettable festival without the additional safeguarding, facilities and entertainment requirements that come with accommodating under 18s.
We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to welcome you to Unity Fest.
DOGS
We're pleased to confirm that dogs are welcome at Unity Fest and are permitted throughout the outdoor festival site and camping areas.
However, dogs must not be taken into any buildings at any time. This includes:

The Main Venue

All indoor workshop spaces

Shower and toilet facilities

Any other enclosed buildings on site
To help ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable weekend, we ask that:

Dogs are kept on leads at all times.

Owners use their judgement regarding noise levels, crowds and their dog's welfare.

The designated dog toilet area is used, and all waste is bagged and disposed of responsibly.

Only well-socialised, friendly dogs that are comfortable in busy environments are brought to the festival.
Unity Fest is a shared space. While many of us love having our four-legged companions with us, we also want to ensure the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all attendees. Thank you for helping us make the festival a great experience for everyone.
COOKING
You are permitted to use SMALL gas camping stoves and portable bbq's off the floor. DO NOT take any cooking appliances or naked flames into your tent, porch or any other enclosed space. Only use in an open space and 3 metres away from any tents or vehicles due to fire risks. Carbon monoxide from cooking on gas or bbq's in enclosed spaces can kill.
GLASS
Glass is NOT permitted on-site.
ALCOHOL
You're welcome to bring your own alcohol to Unity Fest for your personal enjoyment throughout the weekend.
If you'd rather not bring your own, we'll also have a fully licensed bar on site serving a great selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at reasonable prices.
Please drink responsibly and be considerate of your fellow festival-goers to help keep Unity Fest a safe and enjoyable event for everyone.
NO FIRE PITS
For the safety of us all please DO NOT light your own firepits or camp fires.
ARRIVING & LEAVING TIME
• The gates will open at 12 noon on Friday 9th July, 2027.
• Please do not arrive before this time as there will be no access granted.
• The site must be vacated by 11am on Monday 12th July, 2027.
PLEASE NOTE: The gates will be locked each evening at 10pm so you must arrive before then.
ACCESSIBILITY
We're committed to making Unity Fest as accessible and inclusive as possible for everyone attending.
Our facilities include:

Accessible toilets, showers and bathroom facilities.

ramped access to main buildings/venues.

A network of tarmac roads, making it easier to move around the festival site.

A designated accessible area, where we'll aim to park eligible guests as close to the main festival hub as possible.
If you have any accessibility requirements or would like to discuss how we can support you during the festival, please don't hesitate to get in touch before purchasing your weekend wristband.
Once you have booked, please contact us with proof of eligibility, along with details of any assistance you require, by emailing info@unityfest.co.uk. This allows us to ensure everything is in place before you arrive.
These rules will be respectfully and politely enforced by the site owners and festival organisers for the benefit and enjoyment of all festival goers.
