CAMPING & SITE RULES
Unity Fest aims to be as relaxed as possible to ensure you all have a great weekend. However, for everyone's safety there are a few site rules we would like you to be made aware of:
NO CHILDREN
We have decided to only allow 18+ to Unity Fest. Being our first festival, we need to focus on putting all our time and resources into giving our adults the very best time without worrying about the safety and entertainment of under 18's.
DOGS
After listening to feedback from our community, we’re pleased to let you know that dogs are now welcome across the festival site at Unity Fest 2026 — including the main barns and festival hub areas.
We know many of you love sharing experiences with your four-legged companions and we’re happy to make this possible.
The only indoor space dogs will not be permitted is the nightclub venue, along with all toilet and shower areas.
To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable weekend, we ask that:
• Dogs are kept on leads at all times.
• Owners use their judgement regarding noise levels and their dog’s comfort around live entertainment.
• The designated dog toilet area is used — please ‘bag & bin’ responsibly.
Unity Fest is a shared space. While many of us are dog lovers, not everyone is — so we ask that dogs brought to the festival are calm, sociable and comfortable in busy environments.
COOKING
You are permitted to use SMALL gas camping stoves and portable bbq's off the floor. DO NOT take any cooking appliances or naked flames into your tent, porch or any other enclosed space. Only use in an open space and 3 metres away from any tents or vehicles due to fire risks. Carbon monoxide from cooking on gas or bbq's in enclosed spaces can kill.
GLASS
Glass is NOT permitted on-site.
ALCOHOL
Whilst you are free to bring your own alcohol onto the site for personal consumption, please note that you will not be permitted to bring your own alcohol into the main festival hub areas, catering outlets, bars, barns and venues. We also have fully stocked and licensed bars selling a selection of drinks and beverages at reasonable prices throughout the weekend.
NO FIRE PITS
For the safety of us all please DO NOT light your own firepits or camp fires.
ARRIVING & LEAVING TIME
• The gates will open at 12 noon on Friday 10th July, 2026.
• Please do not arrive before this time as there will be no access granted.
• The site must be vacated by 12pm on Monday 13th July, 2026.
PLEASE NOTE: The gates will be locked each evening at 10pm so you must arrive before then.
ACCESSIBILITY
• Disabled toilets are available across the site, including a secure radar key toilet in the Joe Hallam.
• Every venue is on ground level with no steps or kerbs offering good disabled access.
• A network of tarmac roads makes moving around the showground comfortable.
• We will be having a designated area in which we aim to park you as close as we can to the main festival hub area.
Before purchasing your weekend wristband, please feel free to Contact Us with any questions you may have. Once you have purchased your weekend wristband, you MUST contact us with proof of your eligibility, along with details of how we can assist you: info@unityfest.co.uk
These rules will be respectfully and politely enforced by the site owners and festival organisers for the benefit and enjoyment of all festival goers.
FINALLY...
Please say hello to your camping neighbours as we want to build a friendly camp/festival feeling.
Help each other with camp set up/down and look out for each other.
It's nice to be nice, and remember, a smile goes a long way.
Let's have an amazing weekend!
