CAMPING & SITE RULES
Unity Fest aims to be as relaxed as possible to ensure you all have a great weekend. However, for everyone's safety there are a few site rules we would like you to be made aware of:
We have decided to only allow 18+ to Unity Fest. Being our first festival, we need to focus on putting all our time and resources into giving our adults the very best time without worrying about the safety and entertainment of under 18's.
Although we do believe you will have more freedom & fun at Unity Fest without your fur babies, we will still allow you to bring them. However, you MUST adhere to the following rules...
• Dogs MUST be kept on leads at all times.
• Dogs will ONLY be allowed in camping areas - They will NOT be allowed in the main festival hub area. This includes the barn/bar area where the live entertainment will be be held, the food, chill out or campfire area.
• A separate area will be roped off in the camping field for the dogs to use as a toilet. Here you will find a waste unit, so please ‘bag & bin’.
Whilst some of us are dog lovers, some festival goers will not be, so please respect this. If your dog is unsettled, agitated or barks when in new surroundings or with loud live music, unsociable with other dogs or humans, then please refrain from bringing.
You are permitted to use SMALL gas camping stoves and portable bbq's off the floor. DO NOT take any cooking appliances or naked flames into your tent, porch or any other enclosed space. Only use in an open space and 3 metres away from any tents or vehicles due to fire risks. Carbon monoxide from cooking on gas or bbq's in enclosed spaces can kill.
Glass is NOT permitted on-site. This is farmland and many animals use the grass.
Whilst you are free to bring your own alcohol onto the site for personal consumption, please note that you will not be permitted to bring your own alcohol into the festivals bar and barn. Here we have a fully stocked and licensed bar, selling a selection of beverages at reasonable prices throughout the weekend.
NO FIRE PITS
For the safety of us all please DO NOT light your own firepit. We will have a communal fire pit each evening in the festival's main hub area. This MUST only be lit and extinguished by a festival crew member.
ARRIVING & LEAVING TIME
The site will open at 12pm on the Friday. Please try not to arrive before this time as there will be no access granted. The site must be vacated by 12pm on the Monday.
We will be having a designated area in which we aim to park you as close as we can to the main festival hub area. Drybeck Farm is a farm first, campsite second. therefore, the ground can be uneven and hilly. Before purchasing your weekend wristband, please feel free to Contact Us with any questions you may have. Once you have purchased your weekend wristband, you MUST contact us with proof of your eligibility, along with details of how we can assist you: [email protected]
LUXURY GLAMPING ACCOMMODATION AND PODS
Luxury glamping accommodation and pods and the facilities that come with these must only be used by the person/s who have paid and hired them.
These rules will be respectfully and politely enforced by the site owners and festival organisers for the benefit and enjoyment of all festival goers.
